Creator Guidelines & Marketplace Standards

Welcome to PMMPHub.

By publishing products on PMMPHub, you agree to follow these guidelines. They help maintain a professional marketplace where both creators and customers can buy and sell with confidence.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in product removal, account suspension, loss of creator privileges, or permanent account termination.

1. Ownership of Content

You may only upload products that you own or have explicit permission to distribute.

You must not:

• Re-upload another creator's work.

• Resell products purchased from another marketplace.

• Upload leaked, cracked, or modified versions of someone else's product.

• Use copyrighted content without permission.

If ownership of a product is disputed, PMMPHub may temporarily remove the product while the matter is investigated.

2. Honest Product Listings

Your product description should accurately represent what customers will receive.

Do not:

• Mislead customers with false claims.

• Advertise features that do not exist.

• Use fake screenshots or demonstrations.

• Hide important limitations or compatibility requirements.

Customers should know exactly what they are purchasing before completing their order.

3. Product Quality

Creators are expected to publish products that are stable, functional, and reasonably tested.

Before publishing, ensure that:

• The product works as described.

• Documentation is provided when necessary.

• Installation instructions are clear.

• Supported PocketMine-MP versions are listed.

Products intentionally uploaded in a broken or unfinished state may be removed.

4. Professional Conduct

Creators should communicate respectfully with customers and PMMPHub staff.

Please:

• Respond to support requests professionally.

• Avoid harassment or abusive language.

• Handle disputes respectfully.

• Cooperate with investigations when requested.

Professional behaviour reflects positively on both you and the marketplace.

5. Product Updates

Creators are responsible for maintaining their products.

Whenever possible:

• Keep products compatible with supported PocketMine-MP versions.

• Publish changelogs.

• Fix critical bugs promptly.

• Clearly communicate discontinued products.

6. Security

Products must not intentionally:

• Contain malware.

• Include backdoors.

• Steal information.

• Download unauthorized code.

• Circumvent licensing systems.

• Harm servers or users.

PMMPHub reserves the right to inspect and remove products that present a security risk.

7. Marketplace Policies

By selling on PMMPHub, you acknowledge and agree to the marketplace's financial and operational policies, including withdrawal requirements, commissions, fees, payout schedules, and other platform-related policies.

8. Compliance

Creators are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

You must not upload products that violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.

9. Enforcement

PMMPHub may take action when these guidelines are violated.

Possible actions include:

• Product removal

• Listing suspension

• Warning notices

• Temporary account suspension

• Permanent creator removal

• License revocation where applicable

The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and frequency of violations.

10. Acceptance

By publishing, updating, or selling products through PMMPHub, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow these Creator Guidelines & Marketplace Standards.

These guidelines may be updated periodically. Continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of any future revisions.
