This Acceptable Use Policy explains the standards and rules that apply to everyone using PMMPHub.

By accessing or using PMMPHub, you agree to comply with this policy.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, product removal, account restrictions, suspension, permanent termination, loss of creator privileges, forfeiture of balances, or other enforcement actions.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users of PMMPHub, including:

• Customers

• Creators

• Partners

• Staff members

• API users

• Any individual accessing PMMPHub services

2. Accounts

Users may not:

• Share their account with another person.

• Sell, transfer, or give away their PMMPHub account.

• Create multiple accounts unless explicitly approved by PMMPHub in exceptional circumstances.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own account.

3. Marketplace Integrity

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fake purchases.

• Purchasing your own products to manipulate rankings.

• Artificial download inflation.

• Fake reviews.

• Review trading.

• Review manipulation.

• Vote manipulation.

• Any attempt to artificially influence marketplace rankings or reputation.

Creators may encourage customers to leave honest reviews but must never require, purchase, or manipulate reviews.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited from being uploaded, distributed, or sold on PMMPHub:

• Malware

• Backdoors

• Token loggers

• Cryptocurrency miners

• Remote shells

• Hidden advertisements

• Pirated software

• Stolen source code

• Copyright-infringing material

• Any intentionally malicious software

Products found containing prohibited content may be removed immediately.

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted development is permitted.

However:

• AI-generated content must meet the same quality standards as any other submission.

• Creators must understand and be able to support the products they publish.

• If PMMPHub reasonably determines that a product is almost entirely AI-generated and the creator cannot adequately explain, maintain, or support the product, the submission may be rejected or removed.

Creators remain fully responsible for everything they publish, regardless of how it was created.

6. Licensing Abuse

Users may not:

• Share licenses.

• Resell licenses.

• Circumvent licensing systems.

• Attempt to crack licensed products.

• Distribute cracked products.

• Create or distribute tools intended to bypass PMMPHub licensing.

Violations may result in immediate enforcement action.

7. Platform Security

Users must not attempt to compromise PMMPHub or its services.

Prohibited activities include:

• SQL Injection

• Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)

• Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks

• Brute-force attacks

• API abuse

• Automated scraping

• Reverse engineering PMMPHub services

• Privilege escalation attempts

• Unauthorized access to systems or data

Responsible security research conducted in accordance with the Security Disclosure Policy is permitted.

8. Community Conduct

Users are expected to behave respectfully.

The following behaviour is prohibited:

• Harassment

• Hate speech

• Threats

• Impersonation

• Doxxing

• Spam

• NSFW or inappropriate content

• Abusive behaviour toward creators, customers, or staff

PMMPHub aims to maintain a professional environment for everyone.

9. Refund & Payment Abuse

The following activities are prohibited:

• Purchasing products with the intention of copying and refunding them.

• Submitting false refund claims.

• Chargeback abuse.

• Payment fraud.

• Any attempt to obtain products without legitimate payment.

Serious payment or refund abuse may result in permanent account termination.

10. Support Abuse

Users must not abuse the PMMPHub support system.

Examples include:

• Opening duplicate tickets.

• Harassing support staff.

• Submitting false reports.

• Repeatedly reopening resolved tickets without valid reason.

• Misusing the support system for unrelated matters.

Support abuse may result in temporary or permanent restrictions.

11. Automation

Automated tools, bots, scripts, or software that interact with PMMPHub without prior authorization are prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Marketplace scraping

• Automated purchasing

• Mass account creation

• Automated API abuse

• Unauthorized data collection

12. Enforcement

Depending on the severity of a violation, PMMPHub may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning

• Remove products

• Suspend listings

• Temporarily suspend an account

• Permanently suspend an account

• Freeze creator balances

• Revoke licenses

• Withhold creator payouts

• Report fraudulent activity to payment providers

• Report unlawful activity to relevant authorities

Enforcement decisions are made at PMMPHub's discretion.

13. Appeals

Users who believe enforcement action was taken incorrectly may submit an appeal through a support ticket.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be reversed.

14. Immediate Enforcement

PMMPHub reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts without prior warning where serious violations are identified.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Malware distribution

• Fraud

• Product leaks

• Payment abuse

• Copyright infringement

• Security attacks

• Illegal activity

15. Policy Updates

PMMPHub may update this Acceptable Use Policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published in the Knowledgebase.

Continued use of PMMPHub after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
