Platform Terms of Service

Welcome to PMMPHub.

By creating an account, purchasing products, selling products, or otherwise using PMMPHub, you agree to these Platform Terms of Service.

1. Marketplace

PMMPHub is a marketplace that connects creators with customers.

Each creator is responsible for the products they publish, including product quality, updates, support, and compliance with these Terms.

2. Creator Responsibility

Creators are responsible for:

• Providing accurate product descriptions.

• Maintaining their products.

• Responding to customer support requests.

• Fixing legitimate issues within a reasonable timeframe.

• Following all Creator Guidelines and Marketplace Policies.

3. Refund Policy

Creators are primarily responsible for handling refunds for their own products.

If a creator agrees to issue a refund, the customer should create a support ticket on PMMPHub. Our staff may invite the creator into the ticket to verify and process the refund.

PMMPHub does not automatically issue refunds simply because a customer changes their mind, purchases the wrong product, or no longer requires the product.

4. Refunds Issued by PMMPHub

PMMPHub reserves the right to issue a refund if all of the following conditions are met:

• The product is confirmed to be non-functional or significantly different from its advertised functionality.

• The issue is reported through an official support ticket.

• The creator is notified of the issue.

• The creator fails to resolve the issue within 7 calendar days of being notified.

PMMPHub's decision regarding these cases will be final.

5. Product Leaks & Piracy

PMMPHub maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against piracy and unauthorized redistribution.

Users must not:

• Leak paid products.

• Redistribute purchased products.

• Upload cracked or modified copies.

• Share download links with unauthorized users.

• Sell or distribute products they do not own.

Violation of this policy will result in the permanent suspension of the user's account.

6. Appeals for Piracy Violations

Users permanently suspended for distributing or leaking another creator's product may only appeal if:

• The affected creator confirms that the matter has been resolved.

• The affected creator opens or participates in a support ticket requesting that PMMPHub review the suspension.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement. PMMPHub reserves the right to deny any appeal.

7. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the intellectual property they upload.

Customers receive only the license granted by the creator and may not claim ownership of purchased products.

Purchasing a product does not grant permission to redistribute, resell, publish, or share it unless expressly permitted by the creator.

8. Platform Enforcement

PMMPHub may investigate reports of:

• Fraud

• Copyright infringement

• Product leaks

• False advertising

• License abuse

• Chargeback abuse

• Marketplace manipulation

Accounts found violating these Terms may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

While PMMPHub strives to maintain a safe and reliable marketplace, we cannot guarantee that every product will meet every user's expectations.

PMMPHub is not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of products sold by independent creators. However, PMMPHub reserves the right to investigate disputes and take appropriate action where necessary.

10. Changes to These Terms

PMMPHub may modify these Terms of Service at any time.

Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
