This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made through PMMPHub.

By purchasing any product through PMMPHub, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Creator Responsibility

Creators are primarily responsible for supporting and maintaining the products they sell.

Customers should always contact the creator first regarding any issue with a purchased product.

If additional assistance is required, a support ticket may be created through PMMPHub.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if ALL of the following conditions are met:

• The purchased product is non-functional or contains a critical issue.

• The issue has been reported to the creator through PMMPHub.

• The creator has been given 7 calendar days to resolve the issue.

• The creator fails to provide a working solution, update, or fix within that period.

If these conditions are satisfied, PMMPHub may review the case and issue a refund at its discretion.

3. Situations That Are NOT Eligible for Refunds

Refunds will generally not be issued for:

• Changing your mind after purchase.

• Purchasing the wrong product.

• Purchasing the wrong version of PocketMine-MP.

• Failure to read the product description.

• Incompatibility with unsupported plugins or server software.

• Lack of technical knowledge or installation experience.

• Minor bugs that do not significantly affect the advertised functionality.

• Future feature requests.

• Temporary service interruptions.

4. Creator-Issued Refunds

Creators may voluntarily issue refunds at any time.

If a creator agrees to refund a purchase, the customer should create a support ticket.

PMMPHub staff may invite the creator into the ticket to verify the request and process the refund.

5. Refund Investigation

To ensure fairness for both creators and customers, PMMPHub may request:

• Error logs

• Screenshots

• Video recordings

• Configuration files

• Server version information

• Steps to reproduce the issue

Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent a refund decision.

6. Fraud & Abuse

Refund requests submitted using false information, edited evidence, chargeback threats, or other fraudulent behaviour may result in:

• Refund denial

• Account suspension

• Permanent account termination

7. Chargebacks

Customers should contact PMMPHub before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

• Permanent account suspension

• Revocation of purchased licenses

• Loss of access to future purchases

8. Digital Products

All products sold on PMMPHub are digital downloads.

Once a product has been delivered, refunds are only available under the circumstances described in this policy.

9. Final Decisions

PMMPHub reserves the right to investigate every refund request individually.

Our decisions are based on available evidence, product functionality, communication between both parties, and compliance with this Refund Policy.

PMMPHub's decision on refund disputes is final.
