Every product submitted to PMMPHub is reviewed before it becomes available on the marketplace. Our review process helps maintain a safe, reliable, and professional experience for both creators and customers.

By submitting a product, you agree to cooperate with the review process described below.

1. Review Time

Product reviews are processed based on the current review queue.

On average, products are reviewed within 10 minutes to 1 hour.

Review times may increase during:

• Large submission queues

• Public holidays

• Complex product reviews

• Security investigations

• Marketplace maintenance

Review times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

2. What We Review

Every submission may be reviewed for:

• Product functionality

• Malware or malicious code

• Backdoors

• License integration

• Code quality

• Performance

• Product description

• Grammar and spelling

• Screenshots

• Documentation

• Installation guide

• Version compatibility

• Dependencies

• File structure

• Correct marketplace category

• Compliance with PMMPHub policies

• Copyright ownership

Additional checks may be performed when necessary.

3. Product Testing

Depending on the product, moderators may:

• Install and test the product.

• Verify advertised features.

• Test compatibility.

• Review source code when necessary.

• Request additional information from the creator.

Some products may require more extensive testing than others.

4. Source Code Requests

If required during the review process, PMMPHub may request temporary access to a private repository or additional source files.

Creators may also be asked to provide source code for security verification or copyright investigations.

5. Submission Requirements

Every product submission must include:

• Product icon

• Banner image

• Screenshots

• Documentation

• Installation guide

• Changelog

• Supported PocketMine-MP versions

• Support information

• Licensing integration (where applicable)

Incomplete submissions may be rejected until all required information has been provided.

6. Obfuscated Products

Obfuscated code is permitted.

However:

• The product description must clearly state that code is obfuscated.

• A complete, unobfuscated copy of the original source code must be submitted privately to PMMPHub through a support ticket before approval.

The original source code is used solely for review, security verification, and copyright investigations.

7. Encoded PHAR Files

Encoded or protected PHAR files are permitted.

PMMPHub reserves the right to request additional information if security verification is required.

8. Remote Downloads & External Services

Products may not download executable code or additional plugin files from external servers without prior approval from the PMMPHub Team.

Products communicating with external APIs are permitted when their purpose is legitimate and clearly disclosed within the product description.

Undisclosed external communication may result in rejection.

9. Common Reasons for Rejection

Products may be rejected for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Non-functional products

• Malware or malicious code

• Hidden backdoors

• Token loggers

• Remote shells

• License bypasses

• Cryptocurrency miners

• Product crashes or critical bugs

• Missing documentation

• Fake or misleading screenshots

• Poor or inaccurate descriptions

• Missing version compatibility

• Broken downloads

• Incorrect category selection

• Copyright infringement

• Duplicate listings

• Spam submissions

• Violations of PMMPHub policies

Rejection does not necessarily prevent future approval.

10. Resubmitting Products

Creators may correct rejected submissions and resubmit them for review.

There is currently no limit on the number of resubmissions, provided reasonable improvements have been made.

Submitting the same rejected product repeatedly without addressing the reported issues may result in further action.

11. Product Updates

Product updates are published automatically and do not require manual review under normal circumstances.

PMMPHub reserves the right to review any update if suspicious activity or policy violations are suspected.

12. Security Inspection

To maintain marketplace security, PMMPHub reserves the right to inspect submitted products.

This may include:

• Static code analysis

• Manual code review

• Reverse engineering where reasonably necessary

• Malware scanning

• Security verification

• License verification testing

These reviews help protect creators and customers from malicious software.

13. Publishing

Once a product has been approved, it will automatically become available on the PMMPHub Marketplace.

Scheduled publishing is not currently supported.

14. Appeals

If you believe your submission was rejected incorrectly, you may submit an appeal by opening a support ticket.

Appeals should include any relevant information or corrections that may assist the review team.

15. PMMPHub's Right to Refuse

Meeting the technical requirements for approval does not guarantee publication.

PMMPHub reserves the right to reject any submission that we reasonably believe:

• May harm the marketplace.

• Creates security risks.

• Violates our policies.

• Misleads customers.

• Damages the reputation of PMMPHub or its community.

All review decisions are made in the interest of maintaining a safe, trustworthy, and high-quality marketplace.

16. Policy Updates

PMMPHub may update this Product Review Process at any time.

Any revisions will be published in the Knowledgebase. Continued use of PMMPHub constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
