Platform Fees & Withdrawal Policy

This policy explains how creator earnings, marketplace commissions, withdrawals, payout schedules, and related fees are handled on PMMPHub.

By selling products on PMMPHub, you agree to this policy.

1. Marketplace Commission

PMMPHub charges a 5% marketplace commission on every successful sale.

This commission helps fund:

• Platform development

• Marketplace infrastructure

• Licensing services

• Fraud prevention

• Customer support

• Security improvements

There are:

• No product listing fees

• No product approval fees

• No hidden platform fees

2. Creator Earnings

After each successful purchase:

• PMMPHub deducts the 5% marketplace commission.

• The remaining balance is added to your creator wallet.

• Payment provider transaction fees may also apply depending on your selected withdrawal method.

3. Withdrawal Eligibility

Creators may request a withdrawal once:

• Their available balance is at least $50 USD.

• No purchases have been made on their account during the previous 7 days.

The 7-day holding period allows sufficient time to manage refunds, fraud investigations, and payment disputes.

4. Withdrawal Review

All withdrawal requests are reviewed manually by the PMMPHub Team.

Manual review helps prevent:

• Fraud

• Chargeback abuse

• Fake purchases

• Marketplace manipulation

• Unauthorized withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be approved, delayed, or declined if additional verification is required.

5. Withdrawal Processing

Processing times depend on the selected withdrawal method.

6. Transaction Fees

Certain withdrawal methods may include transaction or network fees charged by the payment provider.

PMMPHub does not retain these fees.

7. Supported Withdrawal Methods

Creators can currently withdraw earnings using:

• PayPal

• UPI

• Cryptocurrency

• Bank Transfer

Additional withdrawal methods may be added in the future.

8. Taxes

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Reporting their earnings.

• Paying any applicable taxes.

• Complying with the tax regulations of their country.

PMMPHub does not withhold or pay taxes on behalf of creators.

9. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a refund is approved before funds are withdrawn, the refund amount will be deducted from the creator's available balance.

If a payment provider issues a chargeback after the creator has already received a payout, the creator is fully responsible for the chargeback amount and any associated payment provider fees.

10. Negative Balances

Creators may only withdraw funds that are currently available in their creator balance.

If refunds, chargebacks, or other deductions exceed the available balance, future earnings will automatically be applied until the outstanding balance has been fully recovered.

Withdrawals will remain unavailable while the account has a negative balance.

11. Withdrawal Holds

PMMPHub reserves the right to temporarily hold, delay, or reject withdrawals if we reasonably suspect:

• Fraudulent activity

• Fake purchases

• Product leaks

• Copyright or DMCA disputes

• Chargeback abuse

• Marketplace manipulation

• Violations of the Terms of Service

• Any activity that may put the platform or other creators at risk

Withdrawals will remain on hold until the investigation has been completed.

12. Inactive Creator Balances

Creator accounts with no earnings, withdrawals, or marketplace activity for 12 consecutive months may be considered inactive.

Before any inactive balance is forfeited, PMMPHub will make reasonable attempts to notify the creator using their registered email address.

If no response is received within 30 days of the notification, any remaining creator balance may be forfeited and transferred towards platform development, maintenance, and operational costs.

13. Currency

All creator balances, commissions, earnings, and withdrawals are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.

Currency conversion rates are determined by the selected payment provider.

14. Verified Creators

PMMPHub believes in treating all creators fairly.

Verification status does not affect:

• Marketplace commission

• Withdrawal requirements

• Minimum payout amount

• Processing priority

Verified status is provided solely to indicate that a creator has successfully completed PMMPHub's verification process.

15. Policy Updates

PMMPHub reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Any updates will be published in the Knowledgebase. Continued use of PMMPHub after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
