Learn how PMMPHub handles inactive creator accounts, unused balances, notifications, and account activity requirements.
Last Updated: 29 June 2026
This policy explains how PMMPHub manages inactive creator accounts and unused creator balances.
The purpose of this policy is to ensure marketplace funds are actively managed while giving creators sufficient time to access their earnings.
A creator account may be considered inactive if:
No withdrawal has been requested or completed for 12 consecutive months, and
No products have been updated during the same period, and
No new products have been published during the same period.
PMMPHub does not determine inactivity based solely on login activity.
Simply logging into your account does not reset the inactivity period.
Your creator account will remain active if you regularly manage your marketplace presence.
Examples of activity include:
Publishing a new product.
Updating an existing product.
Requesting or completing a withdrawal.
Any qualifying activity resets the inactivity period.
If your creator account becomes eligible under this policy, PMMPHub will send a notification to your registered email address.
You will have 7 calendar days from the date the notification is sent to request a withdrawal or contact the PMMPHub Team.
Failure to respond within the notice period may result in the remaining creator balance being forfeited.
If no action is taken during the notification period:
Remaining creator earnings may be transferred to support platform development, maintenance, infrastructure, and operational costs.
Any forfeited balance will no longer be available for withdrawal.
Creators who know they will be inactive may open a support ticket in advance and request that a withdrawal be processed on a specific future date.
While PMMPHub will make reasonable efforts to assist with these requests, we do not guarantee that staff will be able to remember or process every scheduled request.
Creators remain responsible for managing their own account activity.
Products belonging to inactive creators will not be automatically removed from the marketplace solely because the creator has become inactive.
PMMPHub reserves the right to take separate action if products violate marketplace policies or require administrative intervention.
Balances that have been forfeited under this policy are generally considered final.
However, PMMPHub may restore forfeited balances in exceptional circumstances at its sole discretion.
Each request is reviewed individually.
If a creator account is involved in:
Fraud investigations
Chargeback disputes
Copyright or DMCA investigations
Security investigations
Pending withdrawals
Active support cases
PMMPHub may freeze creator funds until the matter has been resolved.
The inactivity period does not prevent PMMPHub from continuing an active investigation.
Inactive creator accounts are not deleted.
Creators may continue to access their accounts, update products, and use marketplace features.
This policy only applies to inactive creator balances and does not permanently deactivate your account.
PMMPHub reserves the right to extend inactivity deadlines or make reasonable exceptions on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.
Examples may include:
Medical emergencies
Technical issues
Ongoing investigations
Other exceptional circumstances
PMMPHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close creator accounts where necessary for:
Fraud prevention
Marketplace security
Legal compliance
Violations of PMMPHub policies
Such actions may be taken independently of this Inactive Creator Account Policy.
PMMPHub may update this policy at any time.
Any changes will be published in the Knowledgebase. Continued use of PMMPHub after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
