PMMPHub respects the intellectual property rights of creators and expects all users to do the same.

This policy explains how copyright infringement reports are handled, how creators can protect their work, and how disputes are resolved.

By using PMMPHub, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded or sold on PMMPHub without your permission, you may submit a copyright report by opening a support ticket.

Each report is reviewed individually by the PMMPHub Team.

2. Information Required

To investigate a report, you must provide sufficient evidence that you are the rightful owner of the content.

Examples of acceptable evidence include:

• Original source code or project files.

• Original publication date.

• Marketplace listing from another platform showing the earlier release date.

• Version history.

• Development records.

• Any other evidence demonstrating ownership.

Providing false or misleading information may result in action against your account.

3. Investigation Process

Once a report has been received:

• PMMPHub will review the submitted evidence.

• Both parties may be contacted for additional information.

• The reported creator may submit a response or counter-evidence.

• A decision will be made after reviewing all available information.

PMMPHub aims to conduct fair and impartial investigations.

4. Product Availability During Investigation

Products are not automatically removed while an investigation is ongoing.

Unless required by law or a valid court order, products will generally remain available until the investigation has been completed.

5. Counter-Notice

Creators who are the subject of a copyright report may submit a counter-notice if they believe the report is incorrect.

The response period depends on the complexity of the case and will be communicated by the PMMPHub Team during the investigation.

Submitting a counter-notice does not guarantee that the product will remain listed.

6. Copyright Violations

If PMMPHub determines that a creator has knowingly uploaded or sold content they do not own, enforcement action will be taken.

For a confirmed copyright violation:

• The infringing product will be removed from the marketplace.

• Any earnings generated from the infringing product may be withheld.

• 40% of the earnings generated by the infringing product may be distributed between PMMPHub and the affected copyright owner as part of the enforcement process.

• Additional action may be taken depending on the severity of the violation.

7. Repeat Infringement Policy

PMMPHub follows a strict repeat infringement policy.

• First confirmed copyright violation: Product removal and copyright strike.

• Second confirmed copyright violation: Final warning and copyright strike.

• Third confirmed copyright violation: Permanent suspension of the creator account.

Attempts to evade enforcement by creating additional accounts may result in those accounts also being permanently suspended.

8. Court Orders

PMMPHub is not a court of law and cannot determine ownership in every dispute.

Where ownership cannot reasonably be determined through the evidence provided, PMMPHub may require a valid court order or legally binding decision before taking further action.

PMMPHub reserves the right to cooperate with lawful requests from courts and government authorities where required.

9. False Copyright Claims

Submitting intentionally false, fraudulent, or malicious copyright reports is prohibited.

Users who abuse the copyright reporting process may face:

• Report rejection.

• Account suspension.

• Permanent account termination.

• Loss of marketplace privileges.

10. Intellectual Property

Creators retain ownership of the products they create.

Customers receive only the license granted by the creator and may not redistribute, resell, or otherwise distribute purchased products unless explicitly permitted.

11. Reporting Product Leaks

If you discover that your PMMPHub product has been leaked or redistributed without permission, please open a support ticket immediately.

Include any available evidence, such as:

• Download links

• Screenshots

• Website URLs

• Discord servers

• Usernames

• Other relevant information

PMMPHub will investigate and take appropriate action where possible.

12. Policy Updates

PMMPHub reserves the right to update this policy at any time.

Updated versions will be published in the Knowledgebase. Continued use of PMMPHub after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
